A: The minimum order quantity(MOQ) and the delivery time for our products depend on the type of the production, normally, MOQ: 1000kilograms; Commonly the lead time is 30 days.
2. Q: Will you offer free samples?
A: Yes, of cause. We can send free sample to you, fabric samples and delivery are both free for clients in most countries of the world.
3.Q: Can you tell me which size of wipes you can do?
A: Weston has 28 converting machines, which can convert almost any wipes you want, folding wipes, perforated rolls, wipes in box, etc.

4. Q: Some detail of folded wipes?
A: Normally, we fold one piece wipes into 1/4 folded, 1/2 folded, C folded, N folded, M folded, and combined folding with these folding style. Also you can select no fold.
5. Q: What fibers do you use?
A: Firstly, the nonwovens wipes are made of polyester fiber and viscose fiber, such as chemical bond wipes, spunlace wipes, needle punched wipes. The viscose fiber is as similar to cotton, highly water absorbent, environmentally safe material, it is more expensive than polyester fiber. The common fact: 100% viscose fiber is the best, 70% viscose + 30% polyester is the better, 50% viscose + 50% polyester is the most common, 30% viscose + 70% polyester is not too bad, of course, the cheapest wipes is 100% polyester fiber. In fact, the ratio fiber can be mixed as you like. Polyester we use is from Sinopec, which is China’s biggest brand(www.sinopecgroup.com), while viscose is imported from India Birla company. Both of them are food service grade at HACCP standard.
Secondly, woodpulp polypropylene nonwoven wipes, Weston imports woodpulp from Domtar—Canada top woodpulp manufacturer(www.domtar.com). And polypropylene is also China’s big brand. we can make any blend woodpulp polypropylene spunlace, including 80% woodpulp 20% polypropylene nonwoven wipes similar to X50, X60, X70, X80, X90; and 50% woodpulp 50% polypropylene spunlace nonwoven wipes similar to Ahlstrom wipes.
6. Q: Quality Control
A: Weston take the principle of "Quality first".
We take very care of quality control of every process:
1)For the sales, we need to confirm the samples with clients very carefully, and the mass production quality will be according to the sample quality;
2)For the purchasing, we always buy the good quality material fiber.
3)For the production: we have an QC on every productive line, they checked the width, weight, colors, etc.
4)Package: there is also an another QC to check the quality when re-roll the cloth
We do our best to make all the delivery perfect to our buyers.
7. Q: Payment terms accepted
A: Among China nonwoven suppliers, Weston offers strongest support to its clients.
We support clients to grow bigger by offering considerate service and favorable payment terms. Commonly the payment term is 30% T/T before production, and 70% T/T against copy of B/L.
But for buyers of credibility whose needs financial support, Weston offers more elastic payment schemes: 100% T/T, L/C or DP against copy of B/L, 100% T/T, L/C or DP 30 days after ship arrival(ETA), 100% T/T, L/C or DP 60 days after ship arrival, 100% T/T, L/C or DP 90 days after ship arrival, 100% T/T, L/C or DP 120 days after ship arrival. It means you need to pay nothing in advance, you can pay after you sell out all the wipes. All these will relieve your financial pressure greatly. So you just need to worry nothing, just put all your attention on your sales matters.

9. Q: Anything special for your old buyers?
A: Support and trust is mutual. Several special things are only for old buyers, Weston bears deep appreciation for their long term trust and support. Apart from keeping favorable prices for old buyers, Weston frequently offer gifts or discount for our clients. Discount is bigger as clients buys in the long run, and payment terms are much comfortable for them. Many of Weston clients, after two or three years’ cooperation, based on their faithful payment record, they don’t need to pay deposit and enjoy 90-120 days’ payment after cargo arrival.
10. Q: For color coded food service wipes, what colorant do you apply? Is it food safe?
A: Weston applies 100% food safe colorants in food service wipes and we get certificated by HACCP.
